Mark Koller – Financial/Business Advisor

President and CEO of HRConnex, Mark began his career in banking with the U.S. Treasury, Controller of the Currency, Cinncinnati Field Office, achieving the rank of Commisioned National Bank Examiner. Mark entered the private sector as Vice President of Loan Administration for a large commercial bank in Kentucky and was a key member of the team that created the first staewide banking organization. He next joined a team of commercial bankers that merged a smaller local organization into the then largest local independent commercial bank, creating a $2 billion consolidated operation.

In 1993, Mark’s career turned toward operating an independent consluting firm focussing on small businesses, value analysis, brokering commercial loans, strategic planning and business planning. He also became involved in growing a local non-profit economic development entity that focussed on small business ownership, home ownership and job creation through business expansion.

In 1998, Mark relocated to Lincoln, NE where he re-entered the commercial banking arena as the Lincoln Market Manager for the largest commercial bank in the state. He joined The Connecting Link in 2003 as a President & CEO, eventually forming HR Connex Inc. focusing on Human Resources, economic development and business consulting.
