ALMT-SS: GITRD is on Flickr!

I’m now finally, and formally, on Flickr. I had to do it for the reorganization of my website, so I started with the set of GITRD pictures I recently turned into a slide show.
I’m completely new to Flickr, but I think I’ve successfully added tags and changed the date/location on the photos. If you’re old hat to this Flickr business, please let me know other ways I can improve upon it, before I go loading all my photos. For example, are there any Flickr groups I should belong to? Go ahead an add the photo then.

Over the weekend I threw together some of the fantastic shots my friend (and a producer of Dirty Step Upstage), Ed Wheeler, took of me Girl In The Red Dress in New York at the Opening Night of the 2009 Chashama Film Festival. All set to “Dirty Step Upstage”.
This was GITRD’s first public performance. Enjoy.

Yesterday I asked you to vote on which glossy photo I should give out to all the Girl In The Red Dress – Fan Fridays (GITRD-FF) artists? (Thanks for voting, by the way!).
Well, I searched around for awhile before deciding on Polls Boutique. Some of their features that sold me:
- -their blog poll widget supports videos, audio and pictures. I couldn’t find any other services that do this.
- -they have in depth statistical results for your polls (such as age, gender, location, star sign!)
- -there’s a huge voting community on the site, and since I joined yesterday I’ve already connected with some new people.
So there you have it. Another option for getting yourself out there and seeing what your audience wants. And if you haven’t voted on my first poll yet, here’s another chance:
